About Us
Brewed On The Edge Of Bath. We create innovative, delicious, modern award-winning beer that delivers on that ‘glad to be alive’ vibe. We’re on the side of independence, craft, and creativity. We invite everyone into our world with positivity and optimism to break free of the chains and enjoy life.
Who We Are
Our approach to brewing is simple: we want to produce consistently great-tasting beers of all styles from easy-drinking ales to highly-hopped, high-strength beers – from our core range to our experimental special releases. We tell people the stories, passion, and personality that goes into our beer. Better ingredients, more flavour, more care. We love what we do and we have fun doing it.
We aim to continue our steady organic growth and build on our reputation by expanding our amazing team who love and understand what we do, who nurture and build lasting and fruitful relationships with customers who we already know, and those that we are yet to meet.
The Role
We are currently looking to hire an Area Sales Manager to join the Electric Bear Sales Team. You will be working independently to grow the trade sales channel, but very much as part of the brewery team. You will report to the Operations Manager. Your role will be to focus on building sales of our beer in keg, cask and cans in our heartland of the South West around Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, and further afield into South Wales and Gloucestershire.
We are looking for a key person who can bring experience and a genuine passion for craft beer, along with an ability and a personality that will help us build and nurture great relationships with our customers. We love our customers to love us and the beer we make, and that will be your guiding philosophy. We are focussed on the next phase of our growth, and you will play a key role in our journey.
This is a full-time role and will require you to be out in trade visiting our existing customers and growing our distribution within the agreed sales area. Based within a commutable distance from where the brewery is based, in Bath.

- You must be resilient, independent, flexible and adaptable and able to work as part of a team as well as on your own
