Surface Medic is expanding! We are looking for an experienced Cosmetic RepairTechnician to join our team and help drive our continued success.
In this role, you will carry out high-quality surface repairs and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
The Role
As a Cosmetic Repair Technician, you will:
- Perform professional cosmetic surface repairs on-site, working across various locations within your region.
- Liaise with Site Managers and clients to maintain strong relationships
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest repair techniques, materials, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in cosmetic surface repair.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to match colours accurately.
- Self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Trade-specific CSCS card and NVQ Level 2 in finishing trades (preferred but not essential).
- Successful completion of DBS Check (essential).
