About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Office Administrator to join our team at our luxury holiday park. This role combines office administration with social media and marketing, helping to promote the park, lodges, and lifestyle while keeping the office organised and running smoothly.
You will be one of three team members sharing the role across the week, ensuring the office is covered Monday–Saturday (one person per day). You will work closely together to manage our social media presence, generate marketing ideas, and support day-to-day office administration.
This is a varied role that would suit someone organised, creative, and confident with social media who enjoys thinking of new ways to promote a beautiful destination.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
- Manage and contribute to the park’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create engaging content including photos, reels, and videos around the park
- Schedule and publish posts regularly
- Respond to messages and online enquiries
- Work with the team to develop new ideas to promote the park and lodges
- Capture lifestyle content showcasing the park, lake, lodges, and surroundings
- Help maintain listings and online marketing platforms
Office Administration
- Manage incoming emails and enquiries
- Maintain organised records and spreadsheets
- Assist with general office administration and CRM systems
- Help prepare information for lodge enquiries and potential buyers
- Ensure the office remains organised and presentable
What We’re Looking For
- Confident using Instagram, Facebook and ideally TikTok
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- A proactive mindset with ideas to help promote the park
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable taking photos and videos for social media
- Friendly, professional and able to work independently
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with Canva or basic design tools
- Previous social media or marketing experience
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or property
