Our urgent and Crisis service supports people at the toughest moments in their mental health journey. When someone reaches out for help, we act fast, arranging crisis assessments and follow‑up support within 4 to 72 hours , guided by the UK triage rating scale. The most urgent calls are prioritised and every decision made in the team has a real impact on the persons treatment and recovery.
As as Senior Recovery Worker, you’ll be part of a service that runs 7 days a week , including bank holidays. It’s a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where no two days look the same and where teamwork genuinely matters.
If you want to grow, learn and be part of a service that steps up when people need it most, this is the place to do it.
