Atlantida Development Ltd, a London-based property development company, is seeking a highly capable AI Software Developer to develop and implement AI-driven software, data analysis and automation tools for our property development operations.
The successful candidate will work directly with the company’s management to develop internal technology for analysing property, planning, market and project information, automating document analysis, research and business processes.
The role involves extensive work with information, data and technical documentation in both English and Russian. Professional proficiency in both languages is therefore essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-assisted software tools for property development operations.
- Develop systems for automated analysis of property, planning, market and project documentation.
- Build AI-driven document processing, data analysis and research automation workflows.
- Develop applications using LLMs, retrieval systems and structured knowledge/data architectures.
- Design tools for extracting, structuring and analysing information from large datasets and document collections.
- Develop and maintain SQL-based data solutions and internal databases.
- Analyse and process technical documentation, research materials, datasets and information sources in both English and Russian.
- Develop automation tools for research, reporting and internal business processes.
- Test, optimise, maintain and document software and AI systems.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and work independently from concept through implementation.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable practical software development experience.
- Strong programming skills, including Python and/or other relevant programming languages.
- Practical experience with machine learning and AI systems.
- Experience developing applications or tools using large language models (LLMs).
- Understanding of retrieval systems, knowledge graphs or comparable data architectures.
- Experience with SQL, databases and structured data.
- Experience developing automated research, document-processing or data-processing workflows.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics and quantitative problem-solving.
- Strong mathematical and analytical ability.
- Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Professional proficiency in Russian, written and spoken, sufficient to analyse complex Russian-language technical documentation, data and research sources.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with NLP, model optimisation or multi-agent systems.
- Development of AI tools for research, document analysis or decision support.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets or document collections.
- Experience applying AI/software automation within property, finance, research or another data-intensive commercial environment.
- Evidence of advanced independent technical projects, research or other significant achievements in software development, AI, mathematics or computer science.
A university degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential where the applicant can demonstrate equivalent advanced technical ability and substantial relevant practical experience.
