Duties

- Assist with heavy lifting tasks to move or install large components safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems by analyzing symptoms and determining effective solutions
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used for accountability
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all repair activities
- Support equipment upgrades and modifications to improve performance and longevity
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair diverse machinery systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers
- Experience operating power tools safely and effectively for various repair tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety standards
- Prior experience in a maintenance or mechanical role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work in various positions for extended periods
