Duties
- Perform professional eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to all health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare instructions
- Keep detailed records of each appointment, including lash styles used and client preferences
- Promote retail products such as lash cleansers or aftercare kits to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education
Skills
- Proven experience in eyelash extension application or related beauty services preferred
- Strong application skills to complement lash enhancements when needed
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
