Middlesex University is seeking an ambitious Placement and Opportunities Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of our placement, internship and mobility portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Careers and Futures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping opportunities that connect students with meaningful professional experiences across the UK and internationally.
This exciting leadership role will oversee professional programme placements, wider work experience and internship provision, and international mobility initiatives. You will lead a specialist team, develop strong employer and partner relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory and professional requirements, and drive continuous service improvement through effective systems, processes and data-informed decision-making.
We are looking for a collaborative and strategic leader with experience of managing placements, employability or mobility provision within higher education or a similarly complex environment.
You will have a strong track record of partnership development, stakeholder engagement, service transformation and leading teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
