We are looking for a Supervisor/ Team Leader for our Portrush Ice Cream Parlour..........
Part Time hours (weekends) from September-Easter and Full Time hours from Easter-End September. Extra Hours available at Halloween, Christmas and Spring Half Term.
Responsibilities*Overseeing daily operations including daily/ weekly duties*Manage & Supervise Junior Members of Staff*Ensure a High Quality of Customer Service is upheld*Ensure a High Quality of Presentation and Standards are upheld*Completion of relevant Food Safety Tasks/ Paperwork/ Records*Handling of customer enquiries/ complaints/special requests*Helping with Stock Taking/ Ordering Experience
*Previous Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential*
Familiarity with the brand & business Skills*Excellent Communication Skills*Excellent Organisational Skills/ Time Management*Ability to work in a Fast- Paced Environment*Excellent Attention to Detail & Commitment to delivering Excellent Service
