WE'RE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Rocketeers in Grantham.
This isn't a desk-bound sales role. You'll be out there - networking, industry events, presenting Rocket-X to new audiences. Hunting new business, building your own pipeline and turning first conversations into lasting client relationships.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years in a BDM role - events, exhibitions or experiential a strong plus
- A proven track record of hunting and converting new business
- Confidence to present, negotiate and close
- A full driving licence and genuine appetite for travel
- HubSpot or CRM experience
What you'll do:
You'll work alongside our Head of Sales and Marketing to identify the right clients, build the pipeline and bring the Rocket-X story to every new conversation. From first contact to signed deal - you'll own it.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
