Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily pharmaceutical service workflows, records, and operational coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, vendors, service partners, and internal teams
- Monitor documentation accuracy, service updates, stock-related records, and workflow progress
- Support quality checks, issue resolution, and process improvement activities
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, meeting notes, service summaries, and operational updates
- Assist with team coordination, task planning, and follow-up management
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support clear communication across teams to keep service delivery organised and timely
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical services, healthcare administration, operations management, supplier coordination, quality support, logistics, or business administration
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy support, medical supply, regulated services, or client service environments is an advantage

Pay: £44,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
