Motorshift is an ever expanding used car dealership in Bury, Greater Manchester and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling and building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key selling points.
- Maintain an organised database of leads and follow up on potential sales.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently for each sale.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
