Care & Carers is a multi-award-winning home care company delivering outstanding care across Buckinghamshire. As our Complex Care service grows, we are looking for a Registered Nurse to help support clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.

Full support and training will be provided.
The Role
You will:
- Assess clients and develop care plans
- Support and train care staff
- Complete clinical reviews and competency assessments
- Work with families and healthcare professionals
- Help ensure safe, high-quality care delivery
Experience of complex care such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilation, neurological conditions, diabetes management, epilepsy care, or palliative care is desirable but not essential.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has an active NMC registration
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Is compassionate, organised, and professional
- Has excellent communication skills
- Wants to make a genuine difference to people's lives
