Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delightful cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
The Cocktail Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area.
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in mixology and creating new cocktails
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage trends
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Requirements
- 2 years + Previous experience in cocktails/bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
