We’re building something exciting - opening new locations across Central London, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals who love great hospitality and want to grow with us. As part of our vibrant team, you’ll be at the heart of creating moments that matter for our guests - whether that’s welcoming them with a smile, sharing your matcha knowledge, or making their day with exceptional service. We believe in having fun while delivering excellence, and we’ll support you to grow your skills and career as JENKI grows too.
As a Matcharista, you will:
- Bring positivity and warmth to every interaction
- Share your knowledge to create an engaging, educational customer experience
- Keep our bar sparkling clean and beautifully presented
- Handle till operations, simple food prep, and opening/closing duties with care
- Take pride in serving drinks of the highest quality
- Use your barista skills to craft drinks that look and taste amazing

Pay: £13.35-£14.35 per hour
