Activities
Our Ar Trac CYP team work with Children and Young People who are or have experienced domestic abuse. This role will cover maternity and support children and young people through one to one and group work. Working with our partner organisations you will be part of a team delivering a range of activities that encompass prevention, awareness raising, safety, support and personal development for children and young people.
Your role will provide specialist support to children and young people who are affected by Domestic Abuse and sexual violence and/or at risk of abusive relationships. Your role will include listening to and enabling children and young people to make positive changes to their lives in order to increase safety, well-being and build self esteem.
Purpose of Job
To provide specialist support to children and young people who are affected by Domestic Abuse and sexual violence and/or at risk of abusive relationships. Working within the Organisational and Supporting People Frameworks you will work towards enabling children and young people so that they are able to make positive changes to their lives in order to increase safety, well-being and to reduce the threats of homelessness.
