Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The Riverside Nursing Home in GB. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality nursing care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while supporting our commitment to compassionate elderly care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents with a focus on EMI needs.
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care activities.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration in GB.
- Proven experience in elderly or EMI nursing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Compassionate approach to elder care.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations relevant to nursing homes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs.
