Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to assist with kitchen operations across our Kent venues and to assist with event catering at various locations throughout the summer and beyond.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, supervising kitchen staff, and overall kitchen management, including assistance with stock control & ordering.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations
- Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items
- Oversee food safety procedures, including hygiene standards and proper storage practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations
- Maintain stock levels and inventory.
- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and culinary excellence
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Leadership qualities.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and suppliers
- Experience in food production, restaurant operations, and serving customers is highly desirable

Pay: £16.00-£18.50 per hour
