Responsibilities
- Safely operate a pick up vehicle, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load, secure, and deliver goods accurately to designated locations, following specified routes and schedules
- Physically fit to manual lift our products eg. coal and gas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any maintenance or safety issues before departure
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Assist with loading and unloading, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Follow company policies on safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role, preferably with commercial driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
