Front of House Receptionist (Full-Time) — Aesthetics Lab (Primrose Hill and Belgravia)
Aesthetics Lab is an award-winning medical aesthetics clinic with two luxury London locations in Belgravia and Primrose Hill. We’re known for exceptional client care, visible results, and a five-star clinic experience. We’re looking for a confident, warm and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to be the face of our clinics and keep the day running seamlessly.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (5 days)
Location: Across Primrose Hill and Belgravia
Salary: £27,000+ (depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a five-star welcome and smooth client journey from arrival to departure
- Managing bookings, confirmations, diary changes and client queries with accuracy
- Handling phone/email/WhatsApp enquiries in a polished, friendly and discreet way
- Taking payments, issuing receipts, and supporting daily clinic administration
- Coordinating client flow and supporting practitioners so appointments run on time
- Maintaining impeccable front-of-house standards and presentation at all times
- Supporting stock control: monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, receiving deliveries, and keeping storage areas organised
- Completing regular stock takes and reporting any low stock / discrepancies to the Clinic Manager
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5-star clinic front-of-house role
- Calm, proactive, and able to stay composed in a busy environment
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client-first mindset
- Confident with booking systems, payments, and day-to-day admin
- Comfortable with stock processes (counts, tracking, basic reporting)
- Professional presentation and a naturally warm, welcoming approach
