Key Responsibilities
- Lead wellbeing service operations, client support workflows, and programme coordination activities
- Oversee team performance, service standards, budgets, reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, service partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor service quality, documentation accuracy, client feedback, and operational risks
- Develop strategies to improve service delivery, client experience, and workflow efficiency
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, service updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in wellbeing services, care coordination, client services, healthcare administration, programme management, or service operations
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with care teams, service users, partner organisations, or client support programmes is an advantage

Pay: £84,000.00-£104,000.00 per year
