Zen Educate is partnering with secondary schools across Birmingham to recruit teachers and pastoral staff for a wide range of positions.
We support schools with subject teaching roles across the full secondary curriculum, as well as pastoral and student support positions. Responsibilities May Include
- Delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating positive learning environments
- Supporting student wellbeing, attendance and engagement
- Monitoring academic progress and contributing to intervention strategies
- Working closely with SLT, SEND and safeguarding teams
What We’re Looking For
- QTS (for teaching roles) or relevant secondary school experience
- Experience working in UK secondary settings
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- Commitment to supporting both academic achievement and student development
