About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established consultancy to recruit a Building Surveyor.
You will be joining a team delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, and care environments. This role offers excellent exposure to varied workstreams and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional team.
You will play a key role in delivering surveying services across multiple projects, contributing to both technical and client-facing aspects of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations
Produce detailed schedules of works
Undertake contract administration duties across projects
Assess rebuild costs for insurance purposes
Support and deliver planned maintenance programmes
Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams across multiple sectors
Requirements
Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or equivalent
Strong understanding of core building surveying services
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
Keen to develop professionally within the industry
