RBVE is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Housing to lead housing and neighbourhood management services across our veteran housing in Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of housing provision for veterans, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused services while driving operational excellence and service improvement.
About the Role
You will oversee all aspects of housing management, including tenancy services, rent arrears, allocations, neighbourhood management, policy development, and compliance with housing legislation, including the Renters' Rights Act 2026.
You will lead the delivery of effective housing services across the 72-acre RBVE Village and our wider housing, while supporting the development and letting of new homes within the Centenary Village project.
About You
You will bring:

A CIH qualification or significant housing management experience

Excellent knowledge of housing legislation and regulation in England

Strong understanding of the Renters' Rights Act 2026

Experience managing tenancy services, rent arrears, and housing performance

Outstanding leadership, organisational, and communication skills

A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to drive positive change
