- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and prepare necessary documentation for transactions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of available properties and client contacts
- Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors, and other professionals involved in property transactions
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and property legislation to advise clients effectively
Experience
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional manner
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
