About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our catering team at Neasden Primary School in Hull.
As part of our catering team, you will prepare and cook tasty, nutritious meals using locally sourced fresh ingredients, helping to provide an excellent dining experience for pupils every day.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook nutritious, home-cooked meals.
Follow all food safety, hygiene and food legislation requirements.
Serve meals to pupils and staff.
Support the effective day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Supervise, monitor and support catering staff to maintain productivity and high standards.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
Complete all required food safety documentation and records accurately.
Ensure compliance with the organisation's food safety management system and due diligence procedures.

Hours of Work
Working hours: 8:30am – 1:30pm
