About the Role:
MJF/XPS Self Invested Pensions is part of XPS Pensions Group. We manage relationship with thousands of clients and hundreds of professional financial advice firms. Key Responsibilities:

Answering queries by phone, letter and email.
- Providing an excellent customer service and keep our clients at the heart of everything we do.
- Using SSASMAN and SWIFT and other computer systems to check and update records.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Ensuring the Scanning and Digital Filing is kept up to date.
- Ensuring fee management principles are adhered to.
- Demonstrating ownership of all queries and issues raised ensuring Compliance and SIP department processes are followed at all times.

- Ensuring the quality of you work is of a high standard and meets the company’s standards.
- Working with your manager and as part of a team to achieve targets and respond to the team’s needs.
- Proactively suggesting improvements to the team’s work processes, aiming to improve client service and efficiency.
- Participating in ad hoc tasks when required.
- Displaying a positive attitude while working in a team environment – including participation at team meetings.
Your Profile:
Essential:

Organised methodical & logical approach to Portfolio Management and Problem Solving.

- Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written).

- Experience administering pension schemes.
