Duties
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with established recipes and safety standards
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the food preparation areas
- Help with serving meals to customers or clients in a courteous and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients at all times
- Restock supplies, utensils, and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen fully operational
- Assist in catering setups for events or special occasions, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for everyone
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal assembly processes
