Salaried GP Job, Daventry, Northamptonshire – Up To 6 Sessions Available
Soka Partners is partnered with a medium sized collaborative training practice located in Daventry. The practice has a list size of approximately 13,000 patients and they are part of a large PCN offering the best of both worlds in terms of being a medium sized practice but with the support of a larger network in place, so you can focus on patient care.
The practice itself is modern and purpose built, which provides an excellent working environment for GPs and other clinicians. They use SystmOne.
The Practice
- Located centrally in Daventry.
- Modern purpose built premises, providing excellent working environments.
- Practice serving approximately 13,000 patients.
- Multidisciplinary team including Partners, Salaried GPs, Physician Associates, Pharmacists and Nursing team.
- Strong reputation for teaching, training, innovation and consistently high QOF achievement.
- Supportive and collaborative culture where clinicians are valued and their views are encouraged.
- GPs can focus primarily on delivering high-quality clinical care, with most paperwork managed by dedicated support staff.
- Practice uses SystmOne
The Role
- Up to 6 sessions a week available, flexible on days
- Manageable workload with 15 minute appointments and up to 25 patient contacts per day
- Mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- One on-call day per week
- Admin is limited as they have a highly trained team working in the background to minimise the admin workload
- Limited home visits
- Welcoming applications from both newly qualified and experienced GPs
Package & Benefits
- £10,500-£12,000 per session, per annum, dependent on experience

Essential Requirements
- GMC Registered as a General Practitioner
- On the NHS Performers List
- Right to work in the UK
