Faculty/Directorate
The University of Bradford is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the delivery of an efficient finance business partnering service.
You will support Finance Business Partnering by handling transactions, resolving queries, and ensuring data accuracy, while contributing to a responsive, customer-focused service.
We are looking for a reliable, organised individual with experience in finance or administration, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
What you will be doing:
Prepare management accounts and financial reports, budgets and forecasts within agreed deadlines.
Complete monthly staff reconciliations with analysis of variances
Analyse financial data and nominal ledger transactions, investigating variances against budget and processing corrections and month-end journals where required.
Qualifications/ experience:
5 GCSEs at Grade A, B or C, including English and Mathematics.
