Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Uxbridge (Office Based)
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team, partnering closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership to provide strategic legal support across the business.
What You’ll Do

Advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate and regulatory matters

Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements

Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal execution and integration

Work closely with executives and senior stakeholders, providing practical, business-focused legal advice

Help build legal processes, governance frameworks and contract management practices

Manage external legal counsel and legal budgets
-
Support compliance, corporate governance and risk management activities
What You’ll Bring
-
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 6+ years PQE
-
Strong experience in commercial contracts and/or M&A
-
Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions

Experience operating in a fast-paced commercial environment

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
-
In-house legal experience within a multinational organisation
-
FMCG, manufacturing, food or agricultural sector experience
-
Knowledge of UK GDPR and regulatory compliance
-
Portuguese language skills
