Bonus: OTE of £80-£100k per annum
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Sales Consultant to join a premium care provider.
This is a relationship-led sales role suited to someone who thrives in a luxury environment, understands consultative selling, and is confident supporting families through important lifestyle decisions.
You will manage the full sales journey — from initial enquiry through to move-in — acting as a trusted advisor while delivering a seamless, personalised and high-touch experience throughout.
Working closely with operational, clinical and lifestyle teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring each prospective resident and family feels informed, supported and confident at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you will:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to move-in
- Act as a knowledgeable, professional and empathetic point of contact for prospective residents and families
- Conduct consultations, tours and follow-up meetings in line with premium service expectations
- Coordinate assessments, reservations and pre-move processes
- Collaborate closely with operational, clinical and lifestyle teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including healthcare professionals, private client advisers and community stakeholders
- Proactively generate and manage qualified enquiries
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline activity, next steps and reporting
- Support marketing, open days, events and community engagement initiatives
- Represent the organisation positively at all times, acting as a brand ambassador
About You
You will be a confident, polished and commercially minded professional with a strong background in high-end consultative sales or relationship management.
You will bring:
- Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in care home sales
- Proven ability to convert high-value enquiries through trust-based relationship building
- Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A warm, empathetic and professional approach when working with families
- Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
- Confidence presenting, influencing and negotiating at senior level
- Experience managing the full sales journey from enquiry to close
- Ability to remain organised and responsive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
- Proficiency with digital systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support tours or events
- A collaborative, positive and solutions-focused attitude
