Are you organised, driven, and confident building relationships with people? We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Resourcer to join our growing team and support the recruitment of high-quality education professionals across schools and academies.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and supporting candidates while helping schools find the staff they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
- Manage candidate compliance and safeguarding checks
- Support consultants with bookings and placements
- Maintain accurate records using the recruitment CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
- Previous recruitment, sales, or education experience is desirable but not essential
