As our newly appointed member of our team, you will:
- Working alongside a talented team of chefs, you’ll gain new skills every day while creating seasonal menus and beautifully presented plates that leave a lasting impression — all under the leadership and training of award-winning Exec Head Chef Tom Wells.
- Manage your designated kitchen section and maintain the highest food quality standards
- Prepare fresh ingredients in line with recipes, presentation standards, and preparation checklists
- Cook and plate menu items efficiently and consistently
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Taste and test dishes to ensure correct portioning, garnish, and temperature
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food-storage standards

Salary: Commis Chef from £24,500PA CDP £27,000PA
