Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to support our Kitchen Manager and her small team. You will have experience in a busy catering kitchen or relevant catering environment and be familiar and comfortable with volume cooking. Maintaining hygiene standards and good record keeping are key tasks too
We prepare, cook, package and supply ready meals, pies and other chef-prepared dishes to our Retail shop. The working hours are generally Monday – Friday, 6.00am until 2.30pm (flexible to suit).
Michelle (kitchen manager) always delivers to a high standard. When she is on leave, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring that the retails shop receive its products on time.
Ideally, you will live within 20-25 mins from us. You will also need your own transport.
You must be reliable, hard-working and have the right to live and work in the UK and be fluent in English.
