Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in their early years. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and develop their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Provide leadership and guidance to support the development of the nursery team
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Create a stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents to support their child's individual needs
- Foster positive relationships with children to enhance their social and emotional development
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Valid driver's licence
