We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector for DAY shifts to ensure the highest standards of product quality within our manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties
- Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of products and components to verify compliance with specifications.
- Utilise specialised measurement tools and equipment to perform precise analysis and assessments.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed records for traceability and reporting purposes.
- Identify and report non-conformities or defects, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards confidently.
- Good communication skills, capable of documenting findings clearly and collaborating with team members effectively.
Working hours
8am - 4.45pm Monday - Thursday
8am - 12.30pm Friday
