About the Role
Loxley Chase Care Home is looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality person-centred care, supporting residents with their daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with mobility, nutrition and hydration.
- Support residents with daily activities and companionship.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- A caring and compassionate approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts as required.
- Right to work in the UK.
