This is a waking nights position, supporting the people we support throughout the night with wellbeing checks, evening and morning routines, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our residential service in Wylde Green is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two nights will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night.
You'll be supporting individuals to wind down for the evening, assisting with personal care and bedtime routines where required, and helping them prepare for the day ahead. Throughout your shift, you'll carry out regular hourly checks to ensure the wellbeing and safety of the people we support, providing reassurance and support when needed.
