Compare Cosmetic is looking for a creative and reliable video content creator to help us capture engaging short-form and longform content across the UK aesthetics sector. Compare Cosmetic is a UK aesthetics platform helping patients discover, compare and book verified aesthetic professionals and clinics. We also support clinics with tools for bookings, patient management and the wider treatment journey. Our content focuses on patient education, professional standards, clinic excellence and trusted industry conversations. We are looking for someone who can attend filming sessions at clinics, events and other agreed locations, capturing natural, professional footage that our team can edit and repurpose across Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
What the role may involve
- Filming aesthetic professionals and clinic teams
- Capturing long/short interviews, Q&As and educational content
- Helping people feel comfortable and confident on camera
- Recording clinic walkthroughs and behind-the-scenes footage
- Capturing high-quality B-roll for social media
- Filming vertical content using a high-quality phone or camera
- Following a clear content brief and shot list
- Checking framing, lighting and audio during filming
- Organising, labelling and transferring footage promptly after each session
You will not be expected to provide clinical advice or edit the final content. Compare Cosmetic will provide the questions, content direction and key messages for each shoot, and our team will manage post-production.

- Understand how to frame and capture vertical video
- Can produce clear audio and well-lit footage
- Are confident working with people who may not be experienced on camera
- Can offer light direction and help contributors deliver natural responses
- Are organised, responsive and comfortable travelling to agreed locations
- Can work independently while following brand and content guidance
- Have an interest in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, wellness or professional services
Previous healthcare or aesthetics experience is helpful, but not essential. Early-career creators, recent graduates and experienced freelancers are welcome to apply.
