Sales & Marketing Associate (Face-to-Face Campaigns)
About the Role
We are working alongside well-established national and international brands, helping them grow through direct customer acquisition and in-person marketing campaigns. This position is based in Cardiff and focuses on face-to-face and door-to-door engagement in residential areas, representing a variety of campaigns across different industries. This is a self-employed opportunity with uncapped commission, meaning your earnings are driven entirely by your performance. A minimum commitment of 4 days per week is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Represent clients directly in residential and face-to-face settings Engage with members of the public and potential customers
Explain products and services clearly and confidently
Generate new customer acquisitions through direct conversations Work towards both individual and team targets
Take part in ongoing training and development sessions
Training & Development
Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
You’ll receive support in:

Marketing and campaign fundamentals
Business development basics Leadership and teamwork skills
