Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team.
This is a part-time position predominantly covering evenings and weekends, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible hours within a busy hospitality environment.
You’ll help us deliver a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests, providing attentive service across our food and beverage areas and supporting the wider hotel team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Prepare tables and service areas before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across front of house areas
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a helpful and professional manner
- Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth service
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety and hotel procedures
- Assist with other front of house duties as required
Skills
- Friendly and confident with a genuine interest in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Flexible availability, particularly during evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
