Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Adherence to food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience with kitchen procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
