Rockdale House in Sevenoaks provides excellent care for their residents in its 50 bed Residential and Nursing Home, set in beautiful surroundings and located in the centre of Sevenoaks it is highly regarded by the community.
We are looking for dedicated BANK care staff who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people, your day to day tasks will include helping residents with social activities, answering call bells, completing care plans and assisting with dressing and personal care.
For this role, successful candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills and be a great team player
- A good understanding of person centred care
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- The ability to make responsible decisions that are always in the resident's best interest
- An NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
Hours of work: Shift patterns: Early: 7:45am – 1:45pm, late: 1:45pm – 7:45pm or long: 7:45am to 7:45pm. (Variable due to BANK terms and conditions)
