Travel Operations & Sales Support Executive
£25,000 - £28,000 + bonus
Hybrid / Edinburgh (must be able to work from Edinburgh)
Join a business that's changing the way people plan and experience travel.
At Rock My World Travel, we believe planning an incredible holiday should be just as enjoyable as taking it.
We're an award-winning independent travel company that creates tailor-made holidays, luxury cruises and unforgettable travel experiences for busy people who value expert advice, exceptional service and someone they can genuinely trust.
Over the last nine years we've helped more than 11,000 people travel better, earned hundreds of five-star reviews, and built a business powered almost entirely through referrals and repeat customers.
We're now entering an exciting new chapter, investing heavily in technology, AI and innovation to build one of the UK's most forward-thinking travel businesses.
To help us get there, we're looking for someone exceptional. Not necessarily someone with years of travel experience, but someone who is organised, curious, confident, embraces technology and enjoys making things happen.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role sits at the heart of our day-to-day operations. At its core, you'll be supporting our travel specialists and concierge team throughout the customer journey, from enquiry to booking, and all the way through to post-travel follow-up.
You'll make sure every booking is accurate, every client enquiry is handled promptly, and our specialists and concierge team have what they need to focus on selling and delivering great holidays. From time to time you may also lend a hand with marketing content.
It's a genuinely varied role, but not a scattered one. Everything you do connects back to one thing: helping our sales and operations run smoothly so clients get an outstanding experience.

- ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools.
- Canva or other content creation software.
- Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
