We are looking to recruit a temporary Team Member to become part of our front of house team, who is honest and reliable and a good time keeper. Average of 28 hours per week, 4 on, 4 off, 6am - 2pm. Must be willing to help cover other staff holidays.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Promote and upsell menu items to increase sales
Experience :
- Knowledge of food hygiene
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Training and uniform provided
£12.71 p/h
