The Role
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at our Dunveth Business Park shop in Wadebridge.
You'll prepare high-quality hot and cold drinks, provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming environment for every customer. You'll also support with food displays, food hygiene standards and the day-to-day running of the shop.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of coffees and other hot and cold drinks.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Prepare and maintain attractive food displays.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards.
- Keep customer seating and dining areas clean and welcoming.
- Support the team with general shop duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- Able to work weekends on a rota basis, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Flexible to provide cover during holidays and sickness.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Barista experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
