- Full time (Mon - Fri 9 - 5:30, 1 hour lunch)
- Onsite 5 days per week
The role of Sales Administrator:
- Taking inbound sales calls
- Quotations and pricing
- Processing sales orders
- Liaising with manufacturers to obtain delivery dates on products
- Dealing with enquiries
- Providing correct information to the customers on price, delivery, technical questions
- Assisting the external sales teams and customers with account questions
The ideal Sales Administrator:
- Experience of working within a very busy team
- Have some office / admin experience
- Some experience working with sales teams would be ideal but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good keyboard skills
- Very good telephone manner
- Clearly spoken and good listening skills
- Able to handle deadline pressure
