Eastbury Dental Practice is looking for a motivated and patient-focused self-employed Associate Dentist to join our friendly, well-established mixed dental practice in Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to work within a supportive practice with an existing NHS, private and Denplan patient list, as well as scope to further grow private treatments.
About the Role
We are seeking a self-employed Associate Dentist to provide high-quality general dental care in a busy mixed practice. The role would suit a clinician who is confident working independently while also enjoying being part of a supportive and experienced team.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
- GDC registered
- Holding an NHS performer number, where NHS work is included
- Confident providing high-quality general dentistry
- Professional, reliable and patient-focused
- Able to build strong long-term relationships with patients
- Comfortable discussing private and Denplan treatment options
- A good communicator and team player
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
- Invisalign or clear aligners
- Composite bonding
- Whitening
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Endodontics
- Private treatment planning
- Denplan care
