The successful candidate should have knowledge and abilities in multiple trades, with great social skills, a professional manner and meticulous attention to detail.
This is a full-time, permanent position and would be suitable for an ambitious, high-quality person who is looking to work for an established business.
We are a building / development and property maintenance company that offers both reactive and planned maintenance projects to a number of schools and local businesses. We are looking to recruit a the right candidate with necessary experience to join our experienced team.
The ideal candidate Must have:
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance and be hard working
- Reliable & trustworthy with good communication skills.
- Work well as part of a team and use own initiative
We're looking for a multi-skilled person who has experience in -
- Working alongside a great team
- Porcelain / stone / block paving laying experience.
- Groundworks & drainage experience
- Plastering & boarding knowledge
- General Roofing & Guttering
- Assisting of the trades on site
